HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A crash in Windward Oahu has shut down Kamehameha Highway in both directions.
It happened at around 11 a.m. near Crouching Lion.
Images from the scene show a flat bed truck transporting heavy machinery lost its load near a turn in the roadway.
No word on any injuries.
Kamehameha Highway is a two-lane road in the area. The incident is causing traffic to back up in both directions. Avoid the area if possible.
